Write to us

support@trainhere.app — questions, bugs, anything about the app.
privacy@trainhere.app — your data: a copy of it, a correction, deletion.

TrainHere is made by one person, so answers are best-effort rather than round-the-clock. Most messages get a reply within a few working days. Writing in English or Russian is equally fine.

What to include in a bug report

Three things make almost any problem solvable:

Please do not send screenshots that contain anything you would not want to share — we do not need your photos or personal details to fix a bug.

Common questions

Where is my training data?

On your device. TrainHere records everything locally and works with no network at all. If you sign in, your programs, workouts, measurements and settings are also backed up to your account and synchronised to your other devices. Progress photos are the exception: they always stay on the device they were taken on.

How do I back it up, or move to a new phone?

The simplest route is an account: sign in on the new phone and your training is restored. Without an account, use Settings → Manage data → Export to save a complete JSON file, then import it on the new device. The same screen exports a readable CSV if you just want to look at your history in a spreadsheet.

My sign-in email never arrived.

Check the spam folder first — a link from no-reply@trainhere.app is a new sender for your mailbox. If several links were requested in quick succession, wait a few minutes and ask for one more: there is a rate limit on how many can be sent. If it still does not arrive, write to support@trainhere.app from the address you are trying to use.

My reminders do not arrive.

Reminders are scheduled by the app on the device, so they need notification permission for TrainHere in your phone's settings. On Android, battery optimisation can also delay them. Check that a reminder is switched on in Settings → Reminders and that a training day is selected.

How do I turn off usage statistics?

Settings → Privacy. They are off unless you turned them on, they are recorded on your device rather than uploaded, and withdrawing consent stops new ones being recorded.

How do I cancel TrainHere Plus?

Where you bought it. On an iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. For a web purchase: Plus → Manage subscription at app.trainhere.app, or your Link account. Plus stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and your training and data stay after that. Deleting your TrainHere account does not cancel the subscription, so cancel it first. See the terms for renewals and refunds.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to sign in again, to confirm, and to choose what happens to the copy on your device. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, and you get a receipt with the request time. Export first if you want to keep anything. To clear the device without touching an account, use Settings → Manage data → This device.

Without the app — if you no longer have the phone, or removed the app — write to privacy@trainhere.app from the email address your account uses and ask for the account to be deleted. If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which, and send it from that address. We delete the account and everything stored with it, and reply to confirm, within 30 days. Photos and anything else kept only on a device were never in the account; removing the app removes them.

Something in an exercise guide looks wrong or unsafe.

Please tell us — this is the most useful mail we get. Name the exercise and what is wrong with the description, the illustration or the prescription, and write to support@trainhere.app.

Can TrainHere tell me whether an exercise is safe for me?

No. It offers general strength-training guidance for healthy adults and cannot assess your injuries, your history or your health. Pain, injuries and medical questions need a qualified professional. See the terms.
